Mr. Andy decides to follow Provider A based on his trading performance, risk profile, and investment strategy.
Among the available following approaches, Mr. Andy chooses the “by capital/balance” approach, meaning that when the Provider opens a position, the same position is opened in the Follower’s account based on the ratio of Follower capital to Provider capital. The same applies to selling.
When Provider A makes profit, Provider A will receive a portion of the profit Mr. Andy earned as performance fee. Mr. Andy will receive the rest of the profit.
