It’s our rewards program for active traders. You earn points for verifying your account, depositing, trading and completing missions, then redeem them for rewards from our prize pool.
The ATFX Loyalty Program is available to eligible retail clients and clients introduced by an IB who reside in eligible countries. You must have a verified live trading account under an eligible account type.
Eligible existing clients are enrolled automatically at the Bronze tier when the program launches.
New clients are automatically enrolled at Bronze after opening an eligible live trading account and successfully completing identity verification. No separate registration is required. Terms and conditions apply.
No. There’s no fee to join or take part.
Your tier goes up automatically once your closed eligible lots reach the next threshold. You can jump more than one Tier at a time. Your tier upgrades automatically as your total eligible closed lots increase:
- Silver: 3 eligible lots
- Gold: 10 eligible lots
- Platinum: 30 eligible lots
Eligible lots across linked ATFX accounts under the same client profile are combined. Tier maintenance is assessed over a rolling 90-day period; see the Programme Terms for full details.
Right after the update that takes you over the threshold. The trade that crosses the threshold earns at your previous tier’s rate, and your next trade earns at the new rate.
Trade the minimum number of lots for your tier within a rolling 90-day window. Each time you level up, the 90 days start again.
You move down one tier the day after your 90-day window ends, and a fresh 90-day window starts.
Log in to your Loyalty Hub, open the Rewards section and choose an available reward. Confirm the required details, accept the Program Terms and submit your request. Your points will be reserved while the request is processed and deducted once the reward is approved and issued. Rewards are subject to availability, eligibility verification and any market-specific conditions.

You can earn points by closing eligible trades and completing qualifying missions shown in your Loyalty Dashboard. The number of points earned from trading depends on the eligible instrument, closed lot volume and your current tier. Higher tiers earn more points per eligible lot.
Closed positions in eligible FX pairs, gold, silver and Energy qualify for points when they are held open for more than three minutes and placed through an eligible trading account. Shares, indices and cryptocurrencies do not qualify. Points are awarded only after an eligible position is closed.
Points may not appear immediately after a trade closes. Please allow up to 30 minutes for your balance to update. A trade may not earn points if:
- The position is still open.
- It was held for three minutes or less.
- The instrument or account type is not eligible.
- The trade was cancelled or reversed.
If the points are still missing after the next update cycle, contact ATFX Official Support and provide your account number and trade reference.
Points earned from that trade are deducted from your balance.
Yes. Both followers and signal providers earn points on eligible trades, tracked separately.
Yes. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. We will notify you before any points expire. You can check upcoming expiry dates in your Loyalty Hub.
Points can’t be transferred between members.
